Magda Juliana Diaz

Co-Founder + Director of Business Development & Partnertships

My journey into leadership and empowerment began with a deep calling to support those taking their first steps into a new world. I started my career in psychotherapy, working closely with newcomers and immigrants, witnessing firsthand the resilience and determination required to rebuild a life in unfamiliar territory.

I saw families facing not just the practical challenges of adapting to a new country, but also the emotional hurdles — the fear of the unknown, the pressure to make the right choices, and the often overwhelming need to pivot and reinvent. I felt compelled to guide them through this, helping them build not just survival strategies, but pathways to thrive.

With over 25 years in operational management and corporate leadership, I have dedicated my career to building organizations that recognize and elevate the potential within every individual. Today, as a business strategist at Elemental Truth, I guide teams to create cultures where every voice is valued, and every contribution is seen.

As a founding partner of Level Up Hub, I bring this same passion for transformation and growth to the business world. I co-founded Level Up Hub because I believe in creating a space where people can rise beyond mere survival, finding clarity, confidence, and purpose in their careers. It's about building a community where talent is nurtured, potential is realized, and meaningful connections are made.

My mentorship clients span the globe, including visionary women entrepreneurs in Europe, the United States, and South America, who are reshaping industries and building businesses on their own terms. Through this work, I've seen the power of connection and collaboration — how the right support at the right moment can unlock extraordinary potential.

A Level Level Up Hub was born from my experience and purpose. It all started with a deep desire to create something better — first for my family, and then for many others. This isn’t just a story about entrepreneurship; it’s a story of reinvention, faith, and the power of believing that yes, it is possible.

When I arrived in Canada, I didn’t have a clear plan. Just hope and a strong will to move forward. Over time, I began to find my way, and I realized that many others were doing the same — women, newcomers, dreamers. People who didn’t just want to work, but who were looking for purpose, clarity, and a life that truly made sense.

Level Up Hub was created to be a space of support, guidance, and community. Here, we help women and professionals discover career paths and businesses that align with their talents and dreams — especially those who, like me, arrived with no network and no idea where to begin.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting many people through key life transitions. And along the way, I’ve gone through my own. From moving back to Colombia for my daughter’s health and building a family restaurant from scratch, to launching my fashion brand in Canada with no mentor and no prior knowledge of the industry.

I learned that resilience, faith, and community change everything. That no woman should have to build her dreams alone. That’s why I created this space — so you have the tools, the inspiration, and the support you need right from day one.
